Top 10 New Year’s Resolutions

As we get closer to the new year, it is time to start thinking about making resolutions. To me, New Year’s resolutions are always a tricky subject because it is kind of like starting a new diet. If you tell people about the diet and then decide two days in that it is not going to work out, everyone secretly adds your name to the failure list.

New Year’s resolutions are similar. Experience has taught me to quietly make resolutions that are realistic and attainable, and then if I accomplish them, I might make mention of what happened.

1. Spend more time with family and friends.

2. Fit in fitness.

3. Tame the bulge.*

4. Quit smoking.

5. Enjoy life more.*

6. Quit drinking.

7. Get out of debt.

8. Learn something new.*

9. Help others. *
