New Feature Announcement: Flexible Pricing

You might have noticed that there are lessons on the MindBites site that are no longer just $1.99. This month, we rolled out a flexible pricing option, which means that as an author, you can now price your MindBites lessons at any price-point ranging from $0.99 to $99 (1 credit to 100 credits). With this new pricing model come some new, exciting changes.

1) One credit is now only $0.99, instead of $1.99. Every credits is $0.99, and lessons can be priced any number of credits from 1-100, or in any increment of $0.99, up to $99.

2) To accomodate content that is worth more than $1.98 (2 credits), we have increased the file upload size to 350 mb. This means that you can now upload longer files or files of higher quality.

3) Authors now get more earnings from their videos! As an author, you will keep 65% of each lesson sale, after a $0.29 transaction fee. So, for a lesson that is $1.98, or 2 credits, the author now keeps $1.10, instead of the $1.00 that they used to keep at the $1.99 price.
